Standard shipping typically takes 5-8 business days. For handcrafted-to-order furniture pieces, please allow 3-4 weeks for production and delivery.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship to all 50 U.S. states and Canada. We are working on expanding our logistics to support global shipping in the near future.
What is your return policy for home decor?
We offer a 30-day return window for most items in their original condition. Please note that custom-made furniture and final sale items are non-returnable.

To maintain the finish, we recommend hand-washing with mild soap and occasionally treating the wood with food-grade mineral oil. Avoid soaking or microwave use.
Are your shipping materials eco-friendly?
Yes, we use 100% recyclable cardboard, biodegradable packing peanuts, and paper-based tape to ensure your home goods arrive safely and sustainably.
